It's a busy week for Davis Square! The Somerville Licensing Commission is meeting this Monday, November 18 at 6:00 p.m., Tufts Administration Building, 167 Holland Street Currently, there are two agenda items that are specific to Davis Square. Beer Works requesting a new City-Owned license and the transfer of the Rosebud All Forms license - though it doesn't indicate to whom. AND Join Mayor Joe Curtatone and Ward 6 Alderman Rebekah Gewirtz on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the Davis Square Theatre at 255 Elm St. from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to discuss neighborhood and citywide issues. The agenda includes an interactive data exercise to find out what you like about your neighborhood, the latest crime data, a look at the recent gains in MCAS growth scores in the public schools, and updates on projects including the Green Line Extension, the city’s walkability and bikeability, and the feedback you shared during Somerville by Design. Please also join us before the meeting from 6:30 to 7 p.m. for refreshments, pizza and a chance to speak one-to-one with City officials.
